Allways Music policy regarding booking cancellations due to the Covid-19 pandemic
Our policy has been since our first weekend event was postponed in May of last year and will always be in the foreseeable future, is that if an event is cancelled or postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, you have three options:
1. You can request that part or all monies paid be refunded
2. You may transfer your deposit to a future Allways Music weekend event. Please don't assume that your deposit will be transferred automatically. I will only act upon instructions from you
3. You request that your money be put into a 'hold' account for an indefinite period
Please note that nobody has been or will be out of pocket.
